Classroom-Based AAC Coaching
Core AACcess Consulting offers classroom-based AAC coaching designed to support meaningful AAC use throughout the school day. Coaching focuses on building staff confidence and ensuring AAC is embedded into real classroom routines, not limited to therapy sessions. This service involves the consultant working directly in the classroom alongside teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to model AAC strategies, support staff decision-making, and problem-solve implementation challenges as they occur.
Coaching includes:
- Modeling AAC use during instruction, daily routines, and transitions
- Supporting staff with effective prompting and AAC modeling strategies
- Problem-solving AAC access and participation in real time
- Coaching teams on embedding AAC into everyday classroom activities
- Supporting carryover of AAC use beyond therapy sessions

Family- Based AAC Coaching
Core AACcess Consulting also works directly with parents and caregivers to support AAC decision-making and device funding.
